Each year the Litchfield Chamber of Commerce and the local businesses usher in the season by hosting a Holiday Walk. Businesses feature holiday merchandise and services as well as provide refreshments to show their appreciation to the local community. The participating stores also display Christmas ornaments made by the Kindergarten and First Grade classes. The most popular activity of the event is the Holiday Walk Card. Customers go to each participating store to have their card punched. A drawing is held for prizes from the submitted card entries.
